Daqo New Energy - Company Introduces

Daqo New Energy is a leading polysilicon manufacturer based in China. We manufacture and sell high-quality polysilicon to photovoltaic product manufacturers, who further process our polysilicon into ingots, wafers, cells and modules for solar power solutions. With an installed annual production capacity of 3,300 metric tons (MT) as of September 30, 2009, we are one of the largest polysilicon manufacturers in China. We plan to increase our installed annual production capacity to 9,300 MT by March 2012.

Having successfully built a world class polysilicon production facility in China, naturally we would want to utilize this advantage, combine it with our expertise in the electrical equipment industry to expand into photovoltaic module manufacturing. We have established a 200MW photovoltaic module manufacturing facility in Nanjing, China. We aim to develop, manufacture and sell high quality and cost-effective photovoltaic modules to a wide range of markets around the world.

Daqo New Energy has consistently focused on producing high-quality photovoltaic products in a cost-efficient manner, which we believe has contributed to our market position and will help our customers in winning new business in the photovoltaic industry.
